Claas Junghans

Claas Junghans is a registered European Patent Attorney. He has held senior management positions in several biotechnology companies, where he was responsible for intellectual property strategy and business development.

Claas studied chemistry, molecular biology and intellectual property law in Berlin, Edinburgh and Madrid. He also is an editor of „Intellectual Property Management“, Wiley-VCH, 2005, together with Adam Levy. Claas is based in Berlin, Germany.

Adam Levy

Adam Levy is a specialist in strategic IP management. A graduate of both Insead (MBA) and Cambridge University (MA) he has worked in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields for 14 years holding a range of both research and senior management positions. He is a Director of several UK biotechnology start-ups. Adam is based in Cheshire, England.

Richard Hampson

Richard Hampson is a biomedical scientist by training, completing his PhD research at the Imperial Cancer Research Fund, London. Following post-doctoral work at Harvard University and King´s College London he moved to the biotechnology industry, first as a research group leader and then as Director of Thelial, an oncology start-up company. Richard's primary interest is the transition of early research into the commercial setting, and he is based in Lisbon, Portugal.
